Intensity 2024
Founded in 2000, Intensity Youth Camp creates an environment where church youth groups of all sizes and demographics can spend a week building relationships and learning about Jesus. From Churches with only 1 student to others with 200, our goal is to provide every church the opportunity to have a “big camp” experience at a “small camp” price.
At Intensity, students are divided into small groups called D-Teams for recreation and Bible study. These special teams are based on the grade they recently completed and provide the opportunity for your students to meet and learn alongside students from others churches from their communities and even from all over the state. Recreation is facilitated between multiple D-Teams in the same age ranges by members of our trained camp staff, who also lead the Bible studies. Each activity serves a specific purpose and is debriefed so students can make application in their lives.
Each day students and adults will gather together during the mornings and evenings for Worship. These services are a time for corporate worship, prayer and a message that reinforces the biblical truths for that day. One of the most powerful and meaningful times at Intensity is the individual church time. Every night following the worship service we give you, as the leader, the opportunity to invest in your students. During this time, you will be given a space around the camp grounds to gather with your students to unpack and digest the way the Lord is working in their lives.
For many, Intensity is more like a family than a youth camp and because of that we are blessed with a large number of returning churches every year. With that in mind, and due to our limited available spaces, we recommend registering your group as soon as possible to reserve your spots.
